I meet with clients for online counseling sessions on Zoom, offering support and guidance in a nurturing and confidential environment. My approach is tailored to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, self-worth, and relationship issues.


Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

  • In our first session, I will confirm your name, date of birth, and address. If we are meeting at your workplace, please provide the physical address to ensure your safety in case of an emergency. This information helps me ensure that appropriate measures can be taken if urgent assistance is ever needed.

  • To protect privacy, please do not record me or our sessions in any way without written permission.

  • It's crucial to find a private space that is free from distractions or intrusions during our meetings. Ensure that your meeting space is quiet, private, and well-lit to create an optimal environment for our discussions.

  • If you're meeting at home with others nearby, I recommend letting others know that you are going to be unavailable each week for the next hour and use headphones to maintain focus and confidentiality during our sessions.

  • Please make sure to save the Zoom links in your calendar for future appointments. If the links ever change, let me know and I can send you a new one.
