Individual Therapy

50-minute session: $210

Couples Therapy

50-minute session: $220

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

Before starting therapy, consider calling your insurance company to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?

• What percentage of each session is covered?

• Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

• How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

Payment

Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards through my secure client portal.

Cancellation Policy

I reserve your session time just for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
